A beautifully peace and calm inducing 108 gemstone/crystal Mala.
Turquoise, Blue Aventurine, Frosted White Jade and White Malaysia Jade beads come together to create a Mala which will increase intuitive and instinctive perceptions, unblock the third eye and throat chakras and ease worries and anxieties.
The soft blues, greens and whites of this Mala bring a stillness to the racing conscious mind and when meditated on allow you to sink into your minds eye and see more clearly though the third eye and feel the higher chakras become unblocked.
Blue Aventurine is wonderful to hold when stresses are becoming too much. It’s vibrations and energy will help you to breathe more slowly and visualise yourself in a calm space.
Turquoise is excellent for fighting depression and building self belief and self confidence and forgiveness. Turquoise balances all of the chakras and in doing so creates inner calm, easing mood swings and inner conflict.
White Jade dispels negativity and again brings calmness to mind and soul, soothing raw emotions and pain. Many also believe white Jade, which in fact a type of Quartz rather than actually Jade, will bring good luck to its keeper.
