This Christmas Love Spell Jar has been intuitively created to aid in bringing love, harmony and affectionate exchanges along with the magic and blessings of the festive season into your home with a carefully selected blend of ritually charged magical ingredients.

In this Christmas Love Spell Jar, amongst other ritually charged ingredients, you will find beautiful orange roses, pinecones, a cinnamon stick, rose quartz, mustard seeds and wild Heather, with wild ingredients instinctively chosen and all from the softly sleeping floor of the Northumberland woodlands in the stunningly untouched Border region.

The staple of this spell jar is of course a set of very lovely roses. A timeless symbol of love and togetherness, I have made this jar with orange roses to reflect the warmth and comfort of the hearth during these cold autumn and winter months.

Pine trees are brought into homes during Yule and Christmas not only due to the symbolic nature of the evergreen but because they are also symbolic of peace and hope. There is much lore about the pine tree, particularly in the Heathen North, being a beacon of light throughout the darkest months. We also honour the element of earth with beautifully earthy pine cones.

Mustard seeds bring a spice and heat to your spell jar and infuse any ritual you make this jar a part of with that same heat. Perfectly balanced with the softness of roses and rose quartz, mustard seeds add a dash of spark to your ritual.

Rose quartz resonates with a wonderfully soothing and loving energy, bringing a truly deep calm and peace to both you and your ritual and altar / ritual space.

Heather is of course symbolic of luck and prosperity, but also symbolises beauty, protection and confidence – what better charm to add to your Christmas / Yule Tree.

Every creation from Ginger Witchcrafting sits in this calm ritual space until the very last wisps of smudging magic have passed.
